Moses Greenfield
CEO / President

Mr. Moses Greenfield has been the CEO of SkyMax Dominicana since 2007.

 

In 2010 Mr. Greenfield, recognizing the need for a high quality call center, expanded SkyMax Dominicana to offer inbound and outbound Call Center Services. Today SkyMax Call Center is operational with both inbound customer support and outbound sales.

 

Mr. Greenfield is a veteran of the telecom industry and founder of several multinational corporations offering retail customers a range of services and offering international carriers cutting edge, high quality direct voice routes with direct connections into all corners of the globe including Caribbean, Central America, South America, Africa and Middle East.

Albania Collado
CFO / Vice President of Finance

Albania brings over 15 years of Business Administration experience and expertise to SkyMax Dominicana, S. A., over eight of those years in the telecommunication environment. During that period she has directed the financial aspects of the business, such as, accounting, financial analysis and planning, budgeting and monitoring financia.

 

Prior to joining SkyMax Dominicana S. A., Albania held various challenging positions as, Controller’s Assistant for North American Telephone Network, General Manager in Solutions Management Dominicana, an Accounting Assistant in Ferris, Sthal-Meyer Corp in Bronx, NY, a Billing, Collection & Inventory Assistant in Telecommuinity & Int. Network in NY, NY.

 

Albania holds a Business Management degree from Lehman College and a Computer Science degree from Hostos Community College.

Andrés Reyes
Vice President of Operations

Andrés is an electronic and telecommunication Engineer with experience in telecommunication and technologies projects. Starting in 2001, he has worked in the telecommunication sector with companies such as: Mirant (Wireless ISP), Blue Sea (Wireless ISP), Economitel, GSI and Centenial and Tricom outsourcing. As Technical Accessor in the Pedro Mir and SENASA building library project, and technologies project manager. With experience in Data Center design, Network Design, VOIP and SS7 and other areas.

 

Andres stared work in SkyMax in Dec. 2007 as Operation Manager and today is VP Operation with the responsibility of Network Design and creating processes and tools the company uses such as CRM, Help Desk, Telecom platform and other internal processes. Andres has been responsible for the migration to the Asterisk Platform, creation of the accounting platform, moving the telecommunications interconnection site, portability platform and more…

Director of Call Center Operations

A business administration expert. Passionate for strategies. Has been participating in the creation, execution, supervision and direction of different projects and call centers for over 15 years.

 

Coaching and marketing advisor. A highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and perseverance with a desire to grow by working together with others.

Gina M. Rosario
Human Resources Manager

Professional at law, with wide experience in labor law from the standpoint of administration, management of arbitrations procedures and conciliations, as well as procedures among the Ministry of Labour.

 

Vast experience in Human Resources Management, expertise in analizing the weakness of the area and developing policies, procedures and new strategies needed for the correct application of the laws through administrative processes, addressed to all areas with personnel in charge, focused on improving and increasing the productivity and development of the staff.
